Pastor Dave Blackburn – Lead Pastor
Dave and his wife, Brenda will soon be starting their 5th year at BWC. Brenda is an instructor in Early Childhood Education at Blue Ridge Community College. They have two sons, Davey and Jonathan. Davey is married and lives in Greenville, SC with his wife, Amanda. Jonathan, who just graduated from college, lives in this area and is making preparations for graduate school.
Freetime: PD and Brenda love to hike the trails in the mountains (well, Brenda loves it and PD just tries to keep up). Occasionally they get to play a little golf together.

Pastor Josh Dawalt– Youth and Worship Arts Pastor
Josh is the newest member of the BWC Staff and already has his hands full in doing some great stuff! He leads THRIVE Youth Ministry and also leads the Bridge Band for the Contemporary 11:15 Sunday Service. He loves visiting the teens during school lunches or at the local ball games. He and his wife, Keisha (and their dog, Buster) are quickly becoming an integral part of the Brevard community. Keisha teaches 4th Grade at Pisgah Forest Elementary School.
Freetime: Spent mostly in counseling since Keisha is an avid Clemson fan and Josh is a diehard North Carolina fan!

Kathie McCauley – Office Administrator
Office Administrator barely touches on her true administrative genius! Without Kathie, these guys we call “Pastor,” would be out in left field somewhere! She and her husband, Ron live in Etowah. Their son, Matt and his wife, Brittany live in the Washington, DC area. Their daughter, Kristen and her husband, Michael live in California.
Freetime: Getting away with a good book!

Bob and Gerry Cheesman – Facilities Care
Making windows sparkle, bathrooms fresh and clean, and worship/gathering areas look and feel so inviting – that is just a little bit of what Bob and Gerry do so well in ministering to the folks of BWC. They are also very involved in other things around the church – choir, video ministry, and helping with special celebrations and activities throughout the year.
Freetime:  -Gerry: When she's not creating greeting cards or reading Christian Novels, she loves feeding all the critters that come every day to their wooded lot: deer, birds, squirrels, raccoons, possums, fox, etc... But no snakes! She calls on Bob for that! -Bob: Since retiring from his other job recently, Bob is drawing up plans for a large vegetable garden this year. Don't tell Gerry, but he's contemplating what to do with all those critters of hers to keep them out of his garden — hmmmm!
